Acupuncture versus Dry Needling?
What's the difference, which should I do?
Acupuncture and Dry Needling use the same needles, and both usually involve laying down for treatment. While Dry Needling is used exclusively for musculoskeletal conditions (muscles, joints, etc), Acupuncture can also be applied for systemic and emotional conditions (fatigue, indigestion, anxiety, depression, etc).
The best way to know which is appropriate for your condition, is to discuss it with your provider.
